terms and conditions:
• strictly no cancellations once the order confirmation is sent. cancellation fee is 50% of the price of the item you bought.
• joy reservers and bogus miners/buyers will be posted and rude buyers will not be entertained.
• all items are for PAYO unless otherwise stated.
• no rush shipping (onhand or not)
• packaging fee may range from 10-20 php.
• the seller will not be liable for delayed, lost, and/or damaged parcels due to shipping.
• if requesting for a refund, a full unboxing video of the item (with no cuts and edits) should be sent in order for it to be valid.
• late fees is okay as long as the reason is valid. the buyer must provide exact date or time when they will pay. if there are no valid reasons, late fees will cost 20 php per day.
• buyers are not allowed to share the seller's personal information. kindly dispose the waybill properly.
• help the seller out by giving feedbacks once the orders are received. it could be on the twitter by using the hashtag #withluvshin or on the seller's shopee account. if the buyer could not give feedbacks, please dm the seller and let them know if your items arrived safely.
